I'm very happy with the product so far. I've used it to seal four or five jars and it works very well. I would have liked a bit more explanation that the adapter for the small-mouth jars was the entire bottom of the unit, not just the rubber gasket, but I eventually figured it out. It's only been a few days but the jars are maintaining their seal so far. I've only sealed dry goods so far but I'm going to use it on some fresh produce next to see how well it works at keeping it fresh!

An absolutely awesome product !! Works like a charm. The helpful tips that you sent were perfect. One suggestion would be to include the tip with regards to opening with a second lid on top before you use the opener . Should be included in your up front marketing. And then a reminder of the tip included in your follow ups.

It works great for my food pre prep. I chopped onions and put in a small jar. They were ready when I needed them. Ive tried other things for celery that have failed. Have thrown away a lot. I cut the length to go into a quart jar and it has been great. Im in the process of collecting more jars so I can start storing my dry food stuffs!

I find it hard to remove from some of the regular jars. When you twist to remove it from the jar the adapter piece detaches. All in all it works well and I’m happy with it.

I love my mason genie. It keeps my berries and veggies good for twice if not three times longer than normal. I did have some issues after about 6 months of my device dying after only 2-3 uses and not fully charging. I contacted mason genie and Marie was so quick to help. After a couple videos sent she sent me a brand new mason genie. This thing is amazing. Get one! Great to give as gifts too!!

I love this thing! I do think it's important to mention more prominently the difference between the wide mouth and the regular mouth. For a minute I couldn't figure out how to to do it. I read the information, but it seemed to escape me for a minute. Aside from the learning curve - now I'm getting seeds and herbs that I used to stay away from. I can now seal them up and not have to worry that they're going to get funky. I can put my "salads in a jar" in there so they stay fresher. So much fun! A wonderful gift for myself!

I received my product and went right to the test phase and sealed up fresh strawberries in a jar and left the rest in the plastic packaging. The ones in the Mason Genie stayed fresh and perfect for a couple of weeks and the ones in the plastic started to deteriorate like usual within a few days. I can't wait to try this of freshly picked blueberries next!

I received my Mason genie and it works great so far. I had fruit in my fridge and took them out of the crisper and put in Mason jars and sealed. It is easy to unseal and reseal and put back in the fridge. I am going to try doing items in my pantry next.

I love the concept and it seems to work great with the wide mouth jar lids. The small mouth lid attachment doesn't work as well. The seals on those continue to loosen and I was constantly resealing, so I will only use the wide mouth jars which I have had no issue with at all.
