As much as I’d love the product because it’s a great product. My disability doesn’t allow me to be able to open the mason jar after it’s been vacuum sealed so I struggle getting the vacuum seal on and off the mason jar because of my Disability however it’s a great product.

We have sealed up just about everything .. we sealed up lettuce and store it in the refrigerator and has lasted so far 3 weeks and counting. Bulk loads of flour sugar etc are all now stored easily

We've been using the Mason Genie for about a month. Usage was a little glitchy at first but we learned that you you need to be VERY CAREFUL removing the sealed lid when [re-]opening a jar. Any kind of subtle bend in that lid near the edge can cause it to leak and lose vacuum if you intend to reuse that lid. We had several jars that lost the vacuum seal shortly after reuse. Once we discovered the cause - bent lid - we were more careful and have not had too many problems since.

I always loved Mason jars for keeping my home grown herbs. But. Not actually sealing the tops let air and moisture in, eventually leading to decreased flavors and colors. Now that I seal them properly with my sealer I can use them all winter with plenty of flavor punch! With my old hands I appreciate how easy it is to use and re-use!

I am enjoying it, but sometimes the seal I have to hold down for awhile to really help it suction on, otherwise he deflates. Could be the brank of lids that is contributing to this as well.

I usually buy a weeks worth of groceries and have a planned menu. It doesn’t always go as planned and lots of time the fresh vegetables and fruits I bought get thrown out and I have to buy more. Last week I put all the Vegies and the fruits in the mason jars and now at the end of the week they are still fresh and I don’t need to make another trip to the store for about 4 more days. I hate throwing away food so this is wonderful.

I've only used it a couple of times, but it's working out great! I love being able to look in the pantry and being able to see what I'm running out of in just a glance. It works just like in the pictures just like in the demonstration, it’s that simple and I use it constantly. It’s definitely my go to. I’ve thrown away all the plastic cheap containers for leftovers and filled that shelf with my canning jars and that’s my go to for all my food and leftovers anymore.. It’s the only thing I use.

So far I have used my mason genie once for meal prepping fresh fruit and I am NOT disappointed. My strawberries, grapes, and cherries are still fresh over 5 days later. This is exactly what I needed. It was easy to use and easy to store.
