Chia Layer (White):

  • 2 cups milk or alt (almond, coconut, or hemp)

  • ½ cup organic chia seeds

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Berry Compote (Red):

  • 8 large strawberries, stems removed

  • 3 oz raspberries

Topping (Blue):

  • 6 oz fresh blueberries


🍳 Instructions

Make the chia layer (do this ahead):
